Order Cancellation Timeframe: 

Within 12 Hours of Order Placement:

You may cancel your order within the first 12 hours for a refund; however, a 3% processing fee will be deducted to cover non-refundable transaction costs.

After 12 Hours, Before Shipment:

Production typically begins 12 hours after your order is placed. If you need to make changes to the size, color, or style — or request a cancellation — a 25% fee will apply to cover material allocation and production costs.

After Order Shipment:

Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it.

Cancellation Process: 

To initiate an order cancellation, please contact us at customerservice@lumoscurtains.com or lumoscurtains@gmail.com as soon as possible. Provide your order number and relevant details for the cancellation. Please note that cancellation requests sent via email should receive confirmation from our team before they can be considered successful.

Refund Process for Canceled Orders: 

If your order is successfully canceled within the specified timeframe, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. For cancellations within 12 hours, a 3% processing fee will be deducted. The refund will be initiated promptly, and funds should be credited back within 3-10 business days. Please note that the exact timeframe for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.

Late Cancellation: 

Orders that are canceled after the stipulated time frame or orders that have already been shipped may not be eligible for cancellation. In such cases, you may follow our return policy to return the items after they are received.
