Initiating a Return

For wrong items received, returns are only accepted within 30 days upon your receipt. For damaged items, returns are accepted within 7 days upon your receipt. Overdue return request might be rejected. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at customerservice@lumoscurtains.com to inform us of your intent to return the item.
  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for the return with photos of evidence.
  3. Wait for approval and further instructions from our team.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by their original packaging and any related accessories. We will only consider returns under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect Items Received: If you have received items that are of the wrong size or heading style, photo evidence is necessary to validate the claim.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item has sustained damage or is defective due to packaging or transit issues, we require the shipping label of the package as well as photos that illustrate the condition of the package.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please provide the photo of the shipping label of the package as well as photographs that illustrate the condition of the package.

Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method. The refund will be initiated promptly, and funds should be credited back within 3-10 business days. Please note that the exact timeframe for the refund to reflect in your account can vary based on your financial institution.

Return Shipping Costs 

If your order is eligible for returns (incorrect items received or damaged or defective items), then return shipping costs will be borne by Lumos Curtains. No return shipping costs or any restocking fee to be charged to the customers for the return of a product.

However, if you are initiating a return and refund due to personal preference or dissatisfaction with the product, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs to Lumos Curtains.
