Three-Year Limited Warranty

We take pride in delivering top-quality draperies to your home. We prioritize your experience and the excellence of our curtains. To back this up, Lumos Curtains offers a three-year limited warranty. In the event a defect that is covered by the warranty is found, Lumos Curtains will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective part. The Lumos Curtains does not cover the cost of labor and transportation.

What’s Covered

  • Lumos Curtains products are guaranteed against defects in the materials and how they are made.
  • This includes tears in the fabric when you receive them, color fading too quickly, or any parts like curtain rings breaking during normal use.

What’s Not Covered

  • Accidental damage and normal wear and tear from in-home use.
  • Damage from modifications, repairs, or alterations made by the owner.
  • Damage from very bad weather, harsh chemicals, or pets.
  • Piling and wrinkling due to normal wear and tear.
  • Fabric fading or discoloration due to exposure to elements including but not limited to sunlight.
  • Damage from water, insects, or pets (excluding our Cat-Proof Sheer).
  • Use for which the product was not designed or intended.

How to Use Your Warranty

  1. Got a problem within 3 years of getting your curtains? Please email us at customerservice@lumoscurtains.com.
  2. Provide related documents:
    • Your proof of purchase.
    • Clear photos of the defect.
    • A detailed explanation of the issue.
  3. We’ll tell you what to do next, like sending the curtains back for us to check.

Important to Know

  • This warranty overrides all other warranties, both written and spoken. We reserve the right to inspect any part or component prior to replacements.
  • We can’t pay for any other costs or damages caused by these defects.
  • This warranty is for the original buyer only and cannot be transferred.
