We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all products, except fabric swatches for international orders! At Lumos Curtains, we are committed to provide you with a seamless shopping experience from the moment you place your order to its safe delivery at your doorstep. Please review the following shipping policy to understand how we handle shipping and delivery of your orders.

Fabric Swatch Shipping

  • Within the U.S.: We offer FREE shipping on fabric swatch orders.
  • International Orders: Shipping costs for fabric swatches are calculated based on your country and region at checkout.

Processing Time

The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:

Handling time: 7-10 business days. (All orders are custom tailored, which usually takes 7-10 days for your order to be ready. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended, but we always strive to ensure swift order processing.)

Shipping time for U.S.:

  • Express shipping ($10) : 3-5 business days.
  • Standard shipping (Free) : 14-16 business days.

Shipping time for Other Countries:

  • Standard shipping (Free) : 6-12 business days.

Total time: 10-26 business days.

*90% of the orders arrive within 2 weeks when choosing DHL Express Shipping. 

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment through the carrier's official website (eg. DHL, FedEx, UPS).

Duties and VAT

We’ve got you covered — no surprise fees!

Due to varying international import regulations, you may receive an email from your shipping carrier (such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS) requesting payment for import taxes, VAT, or duties.

What to Do:

If you receive such a notice, please go ahead and make the payment directly to the carrier to avoid delays.
Then, simply take a screenshot or photo of the receipt and email it to us at customerservice@lumoscurtains.com or lumoscurtains@gmail.com .
We’ll refund the full amount to your original payment method within a few business days.
