I had lights on inside and went out to see, and these sheers truly provides privacy. Really not see through. Now I have the peace of mind that my neighbors cannot see what's going on inside. Recommend!

Awesome product! They're thicker than I thought but still let in plenty of light. They did a great job of keeping nosy neighbors out.
