I had a great experience with this purchase. Customer support — especially Nell — was fantastic. They guided us through choosing the right dimensions, pleat type, and made sure the curtains would be compatible with a rack we had bought from another store. Since everything is custom-made and not returnable, I was anxious about sizing and fit, but their help gave me confidence and everything turned out perfectly.
The quality of the curtains is excellent. As advertised, they are not fully blackout, but they do a great job of dimming the room while still looking beautiful. Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase and highly recommend both the product and the customer support team.

I'm a single, divorced mom of two kids, work full time, and on a tight budget. These are worth the spend, let me tell you! There is nothing to dislike! I have 3 cats and 2 of them are obsessed with curtains, no matter what the material. They're the type who play and use their claws on them, but no climbing. Well, they are acting a offended with these new sheers and I am fully amused and THRILLED. So much so that Im going to go off budget and order another pair!

I was only interested in the "cat scratch proof/resistant sheer curtains, but after feeling and seeing the other swatches I'm definitely going to look into purchasing some of those as well!

I love these! I followed the directions on the Lumos website for measuring the space where I needed the curtains, and they fit perfectly. I purchased the white Cat Proof Sheer Curtains. These curtains have already been exposed to my cats, and so far, so good! No pulls or tears! Just FYI, please read the shipping policy on the Lumos website, as it contains important information about import regulations and tariff rules. Lumos will pay these fees, if there are any, by following the instructions on their website! I plan on ordering more curtains from Lumos in the near future!
